Another much appreciated recipe from my father-in-law is his recipe for peach daiquiris. Made with fresh peaches, these drinks make for a nice summer cocktail. Scott and I have modified the recipe a bit, to include more fruit and less sugar. Below, is the original recipe with our modifications noted. You may modify as you like. Serves 2. Happy summer everyone!
1 medium sized peach peeled peach (we use two peaches with skin on)
1 oz. lemon juice (we use the juice of one lemon)
2 oz. rum
2 tablespoons sugar (we use 1 tablespoon sugar)
1 cup crushed ice (we use 2 cups crushed ice)
Blend together. Enjoy!
