As a result of adding some grated zucchini to your turkey burgers, your burgers will be more juicy and it’s also a great way to get some veggies in! This recipe has three ingredients, is delicious and easy to make. I get four patties out of a pound of ground turkey breast but you may make them the size you like. These burgers make for great leftovers too.
Turkey Burgers with Zucchini
1 pound ground turkey breast meat
1 medium zucchini, grated (I use the food processor)
2 cloves garlic, grated
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, zucchini and garlic. Make four equal patties and not too thick so they cook in the center.
Heat a large nonstick skillet on high heat. Add burgers to the pan and cook on one side until browned, then flip. Flip over a few times to prevent burning and to make sure the burgers are cooked all the way through. Bon appetit!
Megan these look healthy and delicious! I’m going to try this recipe. I love it’s simplicity and the fact that it has a lean meat and no added bad stuff 😉 I also love zucchini so I think it will be a hit. Thanks for the share.
